About Sawyer & Hurley
Actor-comedians Dave Sawyer and Dennis Hurley started performing together after meeting at The Tribe Theater in Boston. There, they wrote & performed "Classic Film with Sawyer & Hurley", a winning act the Tribe's World's Best Variety Showdown in 2005.
Over the years, they've honed their quirky two-man sketch and improv comedy show which draws inspiration from pop culture, character nuance, and awkward moments in everyday life.
Today, Sawyer & Hurley can been seen at ImprovBoston where they love to portray Boston's own Mayor Menino in various ridiculous scenarios.
They have previously appeared at Philly SketchFest, the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, the Boston Improv Festival, The Boston Comedy Festival, and ImprovBoston's GeekWeek Festival where they debuted their original show, The Complete Works of Batman (Abridged).
